Cherry Mobile Opens Flagship Service Center in SM North EDSA
As part of its effort to better serve customer needs and improve after-sales support, Cherry Mobile’s affiliate company, Versatile Customer Care Solutions, Inc. (VCCSI), opened the door of its Flagship Customer Solutions Center in SM North EDSA, Quezon City last July 30, 2011. Cherry Mobile is the first local phone brand that has opened its own service center (company-owned) eight (8) to date, to add to its growing number of accredited and authorized service centers all over the Philippines.
Located at the 4th level Cyberzone Annex Building of SM North EDSA, the new Cherry Mobile Customer Solutions Center provides a one-stop shop for services, repairs and inquiries on all Cherry Mobile handsets and accessories.
The facility features a fully equipped technical work area, a full display of the Cherry Mobile phone collection, comfortable customer lounges and service areas as well as a “green environment.” A trained team of technicians and customer service professionals are present in the care center to provide a wide range of services to Cherry Mobile consumers including product repair, warranty and technical support, software upgrades and other after-sales services.
With the launch of the new Customer Solutions Center in SM North EDSA, Cherry Mobile is reinforcing its commitment to bring to its valued customers a new level of customer care and service.
